A package deal to put your best book forward.
For the best possible book, our four-step Developmental Edit provides all the necessary tools: First, a Critique & Analysis allows our editor to read the manuscript from beginning to end, seeking out weaknesses and drawbacks in everything from plot to character development to point of view to structure and more. Next, when you get the Critique back from the Developmental Editor, you then make the changes with which you agree, or hire a Book Doctor to do it for you. After this rewriting is done and you’ve reviewed it, the third step is a Content Edit to fix any errors in grammar, word choice, wordiness, and more throughout the manuscript. You review that, and finally, the last step in this Developmental Edit is a Copy Edit to clean up any remaining mistakes after all the changes have been made.
